MEET OUR TEAM

John Vandenberg

Principle Chiropractor

John grew up in Coffs Harbour and enjoyed spending his childhood surfing & riding his motorbike. This is where he met his wife Sharon, and they had 4 beautiful children together. After graduating from Macquarie University in 1991 with a Masters in Chiropractic, John worked as a chiropractor in several clinics before making his way back to become a chiropractor in Coffs Harbour in 1999. John has been a chiropractor with Coffs Harbour Chiropractic Centre since then. John then took over ownership of Coffs Harbour Chiropractic Centre from previous chiropractor and owner Paul Condon in 2010.

Due to the growing demand for quality chiropractic care on the Coffs Coast, John opened a second chiropractic clinic in Woolgoolga in 2020.

John is interested in how the spine and nervous system work together to create a balanced body and has seen positive results on many of his patients. He enjoys working with all age groups and abilities with a primary focus on patient centered care.

John is skilled in many chiropractic techniques such as manual adjusting, Activator and soft tissue work.

When not adjusting patients, John likes family time, lazy breakfasts on his sunny deck and playing on his tractor on his farm in Karangi.

Kodie Vandenberg

Chiropractor

Following in her father’s footsteps, Kodie joined Coffs Harbour Chiropractic Centre in 2025 and is excited to continue a family tradition of care to the people of Coffs Harbour and its surrounds. Kodie graduated from Macquarie University with a Masters of Chiropractic in 2022, and has loved every moment of working in the chiropractic field and helping people move and feel their best.

Kodie’s approach to chiropractic is tailored to each individual, incorporating diversified techniques (manual adjustments), Activator, SOT, and soft tissue release to provide comprehensive and effective treatment.

She takes a holistic view of the body, assessing not just the site of pain but how the musculoskeletal and nervous system are functioning together. By addressing imbalances and movement patterns, Kodie aims to support long-term health and function.

Outside of work, Kodie has always had a passion for sports, particularly netball, which has given her a deep appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and performance optimisation. Whether you're recovering from an injury, looking to improve mobility, or simply wanting to feel better in your daily life, she’s here to support your health.
